We are an independent company that utilize a team of highly trained assessors to advise on all owners of mis- sold timeshare. Our aim is to guide and support Timeshare owners every step of the way during the relinquishment and when possible reclaim of their Timeshare. Should there be grounds for compensation our legal team will advise you on how best to claim compensation. Any reclaim is processed on a no win fee basis.

At this point we will then work with our associated lawyers to recuperate funds and seek damages through the Spanish legal system.
